Hannah Wilton Singing terms and conditions

 

Thank you for choosing me as your singing and/or theory coach. I have a huge passion for music, and I am so excited to be going on this musical journey with you.

 

Lessons commence on a term by term basis. Your lesson and time will renew automatically unless told otherwise, so you do not need to re book. If you do not want to continue into the next school term, please let me know no later than the final week of the current term. A late cancellation fee of $35 will apply if you fail to do this on time.

 

If you wish to continue lessons through the school holidays, please let me know as this can be arranged.

 

Lessons can be paid in two options:
 

Option A: Full term lessons. to be paid in full at the start of each term. Lesson cost is $30 per lesson when this option is chosen. (this option can still be paid week by week with an Automatic Payment under special circumstances if discussed with me, however you must still sign up for the full term for this option to be applicable.)

 

Option B: casual, one off lessons organised week by week for $35 a lesson. This must be paid 2 days (48 hours) before your scheduled lesson. A $5 late fee will be added each day you do not pay after this deadline.

 

Please inform me which payment option best suits you before your first lesson.

 

Payments are to be made via internet banking.

 

If you are unable to make it to your lesson:

 

Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled private singing lesson. If there are available spaces to reschedule that week I am happy to arrange this with you, however if there are no times available, make up week will be the first week of the school holidays, where any lessons you have missed can be made up in that week. 

 

If you are going to miss multiple lessons (e.g. For a holiday or a medical reason) please let me know as early as possible. Depending on the situation, credit may be offered at my discretion to use when you are able to return. 

 

If you miss a group lesson there will be no makeup.

 

If a lesson is cancelled on my behalf credit will be added to your account. 

 

 

Photos taken of students singing and performing can be used for social media and advertising purposes, unless otherwise indicated on this form.

 

 

 

By attending your first lesson, you are stating you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
